Standard Return Policy Overview

We get it - sometimes it's tough to order things online without having a chance look the product over before purchase. We want you to feel comfortable with your purchases and confident that we will help you get what you need. We strongly suggest and require that you contact the manufacturer for support for your item before we can issue you an RMA. We work closely with all our manufacturers and they will gladly help assist you. If your product still doesn’t work out, for whatever reason, send it back within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping). We have a minimum 20 percent restocking fee that's associated with all returns that don’t meet ALL requirements.

You may return merchandise purchased from WilsonCellBoosters.com for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements are followed. All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. An RMA number is valid for 10 calendar days after it is issued. Returns will not be processed without a WilsonCellBoosters.com issued RMA number.

Refunds:
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping cost. On items purchased with flat rate or free shipping returned for a refund, the original shipping cost that we paid the shipping courier will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:
If you purchased a product that you wish to exchange for an alternate item, you can return the item for a refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. We can also apply store credit to your new purchase. However, we do suggest ordering it separately so that your new order can ship sooner.

Defective Merchandise:
Merchandise that is discovered to be defective upon receipt will be replaced, but must first be confirmed that it is defective by a WilsonCellBoosters member, or by the manufacturer.

Please note: An RMA number still must be obtained.


Damaged Merchandise:
 If your merchandise is damaged during shipment by the shipping courier, please contact us immediately as we must be informed within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt for all damage/shipping related claims. Damaged merchandise will be replaced. Please save everything that came with you order including the box, as it may be needed for the courier.


Return Shipping:
Return shipping cost (the cost to send merchandise back to our store) is comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.

Replacement Terms:
We will send a product replacement for an authorized return following the completion of receiving and inspection at our facility. The replacement will usually ship within four business days following our receipt of your return (excluding weekends and national holidays). We do not send advance replacements or replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

To receive a replacement quicker, you may place a new order for the same item (shipping not included), and we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned product (including shipping), upon completion of our return process.

Returning Items:
Please call 1-877-259-4629 (Monday-Friday 9 a.m. till 7 p.m. EST) to receive an RMA number. You may be required to complete our product return form which will also provide helpful instructions for your return.

All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. The RMA number must be written on the box, labeled correctly. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.

Remember, returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility (which is you when you return a product to us). It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to WilsonCellBoosters.com.

Return Exceptions
Although our return policy is quite flexible on most items, there are some exceptions, as written below:

    * Any product not purchased from WilsonCellBoosters.com
    * Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
    * Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
    * Any product that exhibits physical damage or abuse
    * Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

Products that are not eligible for return for any of the above reason(s) will only be sent back to you at your cost and expense.


Shipping Policy

Available US Shipping Methods:


    * Flat Rate Shipping: 2-10 business days
    * Ground Shipping: 1-6 business days
    * Three-Day Shipping: 3 business days
    * Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days
    * One-Day Shipping: 1 business day

    * USPS Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days (actual transit time may vary)

 

Please note: Not all shipping methods are available for every product.

 

If selecting USPS priority, please realize that this is estimated by USPS and although it is priority, it may take longer than their advertised 2-3 days. If you need it in an exact specified timeframe please select a different method. Refunds will not be given if USPS does not deliver within the estimated ship time.

 

International shipments may take extra time to process.


We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible, but the price paid for shipping is transit time.

 

 

Orders placed by 2PM (Mon - Fri) typically ship out same day.

Orders placed after 2PM will most likely not be processed until the next business day.

Orders placed after 2PM on Friday will most likely not be processed until Monday or the next business day.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is allowed only if customer pays for all fees.

Privacy Policy

 

WilsonCellBoosters.com collects customer information to ensure a streamlined order processing system. We use this information to ensure accuracy in delivery and to participate in order-related communication. This information is not collected unless you provide it voluntarily. This includes personal information such as your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information. To protect your personal information, we allow you to personalize your password so that your information is completely confidential.

Order Processing

When it comes time to check out, you will provide financial information in order to apply a payment to your order. This may include your credit card data, wire transfer information or checking account information. To securely process your credit card data, we must rely on our credit card processor, with whom we share your credit card and contact information. We may also share your personal information with a warranty service provider should you choose to buy an extended warranty.

Unique User Log Files

At times we use IP addresses to generate demographic data or as a fraud prevention measure, otherwise they are not shared, analyzed or distributed.

Data Sharing

We may involve third-party companies as a necessary means to fulfill your order. These third parties may be involved with order delivery, e-mail transfer, marketing, and credit processing, among other tasks. Third parties will only be granted restricted access to your personal information for carrying out order related purposes and will not be allowed to use this information for soliciting unrelated services.

Security

Our shopping cart and order forms are SSL encrypted to keep your personal and financial data confidential. We keep all of our servers in secure locations. Our database is heavily monitored and safeguarded to prevent misuse from outside operators. We use a firewall and an intrusion detection system among other security measures.

We restrict access to all of your information. We have security cameras throughout our premises as well as numerous alarm systems in our building. We only permit departmental and employee access to specific parts of your information, and this access is based on their respective role in carrying your order.

Email Newsletter/Specials:
WilsonCellBoosters.com email newsletter promotions are sent to previous customers and people that sign up for the newsletters. We do not share, rent or sell your email address to a third party company.  We send these newsletters periodically based upon the information entered when placing an order or on the newsletter subscription page.

You may opt-out from receiving our promotional communications at any time if you no longer wish to receive them. If you wish to stop receiving our newsletters and promotional communications, you can contact us at support@wilsoncellboosters. We also provide an opportunity to cease this subscription by clicking on the Unsubscribe link located at the bottom of our email newsletter.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy, so we recommend that you check back as often as it pertains to your concern. If WilsonCellBoosters.com elects to use or disclose information in a manner that amounts to a material change of this policy, we will outline the changes here.

 

Price Matching Requirements

WilsonCellBoosters.com works hard to bring you low prices. If you have found a better price for an item at another authorized dealer, we will do everything possible to meet or beat that price. Please call us at 1-877-259-4629 to speak with one of our knowledgeable sales reps. Our friendly sales staff is standing by Mon-Fri 9:00AM to 6PM EST. You can also place your order online 24 hours a day and paste the full web address of the product as seen on another site in to the comments section of the checkout. 

Price matching is only applicable to identical conditions of sale. The item must be in stock at the other dealer and ready to ship that same or the next day (not a floor sample, "open box" item, refurbished, demo piece or dropship) and not be a club "members price" or typographical error. This offer applies to new purchases only. The other dealer must also be a authorized dealer of the manufacturing companies product, as WilsonCellBoosters is.

We do not honor competitor’s advertisements from outside of the United States.
