Details

The Wilson 801365 amplifier is a single band 1900MHz amplifier. To see if it works with your network please check our Buyer Guide. With the included pre-amplifier it can provide up to 15,000 sq ft of improved signal.

The amplifier is sold here as a complete kit, with all the antennas and cables you need to boost signal in your home/office. You can customize the kit by changing both antennas and cable lengths to suit your needs.

How it works:

The outside antenna is placed in the area of best signal, collects it and sends it through a cable to the pre-amplifier. The pre-amplifier boosts the signal before sending it to the amplifier. The main 801365 amplifier boosts the signal further, and then sends the boosted signal through a cable to the inside antenna.. This provides an area of improved signal that can be used by up to 15 phones or data cards simultaneously.

Kit recommendations:

Outside antenna: If you are using the kit in your home, then we recommend the 301124 14dB yagi antenna. This antenna is directional, and so needs to be pointed towards your nearest cell tower. If you prefer a shorter antenna, there is the 301138 13dB yagi. If you need to receive signal from multiple towers, then we recommend the omni-directional 'trucker' antenna and roof mount.

Indoor antenna: We recommend the ceiling mounted Wilson 301121 for most applications. There are also 2 directional antennas - one window mount and one wall mount. These are higher gain, but will only cover areas in front of the antenna.

Cable lengths: Use whatever cable lengths you need to make the kit work. Remember that coaxial cable attenuates the signal, so try to use as little as possible.

Optional accessories: If you are in a high storm area then we recommend the surge protector to protect your kit.
